As a Delta Customer Success Representative working from the comfort of your own home, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer experiences. What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, addressing a variety of concerns including booking assistance, flight information, loyalty program inquiries, and general support.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding Delta’s services, policies, and procedures, assisting customers in navigating their travel experience seamlessly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional service that aligns with Delta’s brand values.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
